How to change font style in MS word?
There are two ways by which you can change font style of document in MS word.
- To change the font, you have to go to top options of the MS word. Here you have to go to option “ Home ”. You can see in below picture.
There are many types of fonts you can change according to your requirement.
In this, “ Times New Roman ” and “ Calibri Light ” are usually used for heading in most of the documents and “ Calibri ”, “ Arial ” are used commonly for body text in documents.
- If you will press “ Ctrl + Alt +F ” a dialogue box will be open where you can change font. you can see in below picture.
How to change font size in MS Word?
There are three ways by which you can change the size of MS word
First you can increase or decrease the size of fonts by number.
If you want to increase by numbers just go to option “Home” like the below picture. Click on the arrow to downward click on the font size which you required. Then change the font size.
You can increase or decrease the size by mouse or by laptop cursor.
By mouse, click on this alphabet letter “A” for increasing the size you have to click on big alphabet letter “A” and If you want to decrease the size click on small size alphabet “A”. as you can see in below picture.
You can change size by keyboard.
Press “Ctrl + Alt + P” When you press this a dialogue box will be open. Where many options are available by which you can change the font, font size, font color as shown in the below picture.
if you will press “Ctrl + Alt + >” size of font will be increased.
If you will press” Ctrl + Alt +<” size of font will be decreased.
